Serving as General Contractor on the multi-million dollar project, Mayes LLC assembled a team of highly skilled craftsman and professional advisors to insure the project objectives were not only met but exceeded.
The year-long project required a complete renovation of the building, protecting the structural bones and the character, while working within the existing footprint of the property.
