Design/Assist: A procurement strategy in which you hire the architect directly and we provide assistance to the architect or engineer as needed.

Design/Build: A project delivery system in which we hire the architect and are responsible for design, permitting and construction, minimizing the owner’s risk and creating a single point of contact.

Bid/Build: A traditional process in which the owner contracts with the design team and contractor separately.
